We believe "That there may be no division in the body, but that the members may have the same care for one another... (1 Cor 12:25)." The Church is called to build the kingdom together without division. "For if one member suffers, all suffer together." God's Kingdom is built through collaboration not competition.
We believe that "We are the Salt of the earth (Matt 5:13)." We are determined to impact culture rather than conforming to it. We don't seek fame, success, or worldly influence. We are uncompromising trend setters, innovators, and humble servants united for a greater purpose.
We believe that "it is more blessed to give than to receive (Acts 20:35)." To be a good leader is to first be a servant. To be influential leaders we must live like Jesus. We will wash each others feet, listen more than we speak, and chose to honor over deceit. We will reflect Christ and fight our pride. Bringing good to the world, being a light for Christ.
We believe that "The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still (Exodus 14:14)." Just as God delivered his people from Egypt, he will deliver you. As leaders within the church we are often over worked and on the brink of burn out. Often retreating to a mindset of self-reliance. We will intentionally take time in stillness to realign ourselves with God's heart.
"And whatever you do, in word or deed, do everything in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him (Colossians 3:17)." We believe that everything we do is centered around the good news of Jesus. Above all else, we focus on the transforming power of Jesus in ourselves, in our communities, and in our churches.

What is included in the tuituion?
A collective of young adults inspiring, impacting, and serving their communities. Kingdom Builders Collective is a place for young leaders to connect and support each other outside of church lines and politics. As Kingdom Builders we are called to grow God's kingdom, not our own. Why does it often seem like churches are competing? We will strive to keep Hell empty, and multiply our eternal rather than bolstering our attendance.

Community
As leaders and christians we are not called to be self-reliant or self-centered. We are made to be Kingdom-minded and Jesus-reliant. But we cant do it alone. As a community we are called to 'bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ (Galatians 6:2).'
Growth
Your inputs determine your outputs. In other words 'Garbage in Garbage out'. As leaders we need to be intentional about what inputs we foster and which we avoid. Kingdom Builders is a community focused on fostering relationships that inspire growth and accountability.
